1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Union Ridge Publishing (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) at www.unionridgepublishing.com, you (‘Client’ or ‘you’) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
 
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Union Ridge Publishing provides professional publishing services including but not limited to: Book Writing, Book Editing & Proofreading, Book Cover Design, Ebook Writing & Designing, Ebook Publishing, Book Illustration, and Audiobook Production.
 
All services are performed by our team of professional writers, editors, designers, and illustrators. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete the project. Delays caused by late or incomplete information from the client may result in revised timelines. You represent and warrant that any content, ideas, or materials you provide to Union Ridge Publishing do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, and that you have full authority to use and share such materials with us.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the final deliverables — including but not limited to manuscripts, covers, illustrations, and formatted ebooks — are transferred to the client. Union Ridge Publishing retains the right to use project work as portfolio samples or case studies unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement. All preliminary drafts, concepts, and rejected designs remain the property of Union Ridge Publishing.

5. Payment Terms

All projects require a deposit as agreed upon in the project proposal before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the project.

Prices are listed in USD. Union Ridge Publishing reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, pricing for confirmed projects will not change once a proposal has been accepted.

Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in suspension or cancellation of services. See our Cancellation Policy for further details.

6. Revisions

Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving a deliverable. Requests submitted after this period may be treated as new project requests.

7. Confidentiality

Union Ridge Publishing treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or disclose your project details, personal information, or business information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Union Ridge Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
 
We do not guarantee specific commercial results such as book sales, revenue, or publishing acceptance. Our services are professional in nature, and outcomes may vary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
